Join Stellenbosch on Foot and explore the “village of the oaks” with its shady oak avenues bordered by the water furrows of the Mill Stream. Art on Foot
Stellenbosch is world renowned for some of the best wines South Africa can offer, the university and the rich history of the town, but in recent times Stellenbosch has established itself as one of the leading art destinations in South Africa. This you can see by strolling the shady oak avenues, bordered by the water furrows and getting the change to admire some of the best art and art galleries in South Africa.

Jonkershoek Guided Hikes
Hike the magnificent Jonkershoek Nature reserve with a guide and learn about the area, fynbos and what makes this a UNESCO world heritage site. We have a variety of routes with the Sossyskloof and the Waterfalls hikes the most popular.

Fynbos Educational Hike
Everyone in the cape has probably heard about the wonders of our local flora, but what is it that makes the Cape Floral Kingdom so unique and special? Find out, as your guide delivers a brief overview, before leading you on a hike to delve into some fascinating aspects of this botanical treasure trove residing virtually on our doorsteps.

Hike Jonkershoek to Mont Mari
Bring the family and traverse the Stellenbosch Mountain from the Jonkershoek Valley to Mont Marie. This 4 hour hike will lead straight up and over the Stellenbosch Mountain and down the other side, amazing King protea bushes and fantastic views of Jonkershoek, False Bay and Table Mountain await you at the top. lncludes picnic lunch.

E-Bike Stellenbosch to Boschendal
This unique E-Bike tour meanders through some of the best wine land scenery in South Africa. We cycle from Stellenbosch to Boschendal via Idas Valey and the Banhoek Conservancy trails. Enjoy a coffee or a snack at Boschendal before our bus takes us back to Stellenbosch.

Guided Cycle tour Stellenbosch
Visit the highlights in the historic part of Stellenbosch Town by bicycle. Learn about the origin and history of Stellenbosch and hear interesting stories that are part of our history and culture. We cycle through Stellenbosch and along the banks of the Eerste rivier while your guide will give you some interesting facts on fynbos and the Flora of the area. We will then cycle through the scenic Jonkershoek Valley and then stop at Lanzerac which sports beautiful grounds and historic Cape Dutch architecture. Relax a while with a coffee or juice at the Deli before we head back into Stellenbosch Town via the Stellenbosch University, ending at our office.

E-Bike Stellenbosch to Franschhoek
This unique E-Bike tour meanders through some of the best wine land scenery in South Africa. We cycle from Stellenbosch to Franschhoek on mostly jeep track and single track. Meet local people and taste some of the great cuisine this region has to offer. Transport back to Stellenbosch with our bus and bike trailer provided. Lunch on own account.

This tour cycles the majestic Cape Point Nature Reserve with optional lunch in Simonstown. Great for families with children 10 years and older. Transport to and from Stellenbosch or Cape Town with our bus and bike trailer included.

Cape Explorer 4 day Cycle Tour
Get a group of 4 or more friends together and enjoy the best the Cape has to offer. Amazing rides along the ocean and meandering trails through vineyards and mountain scenery awaits. Mornings are set out to ride. Breakfast and lunches included. Afternoons are open to explore the area or do some optional activities.
Day 1: Cycle in Cape Point nature reserve
Day 2: Cycle trails in Stellenbosch and Jonkershoek

Cross Cape Tour
Get a group of 4 or more friends together and enjoy the spectacular Cross Cape cycle route from Plettenberg Bay to Stellenbosch. Cycling between 60-90 km per day on gravel and jeep tracks and some tar roads.
All accommodation, back up vehicle and luggage services are arranged. All you need to do is to enjoy the cycle. It takes 11 days to do the whole route but sections of the route can be done depending on the amount of days you have available. Please contact us for a quote.
